Community Guidelines

SharePix is a private space for the people you invite. To keep it safe and respectful, you agree that your use of the Services will at all times adhere to the following:
- You will upload Contributions to the Services only where you own those Contributions (or have permission to use them in connection with the Services and in accordance with these terms and our Privacy Policy).
- You will not upload any Contributions that are private, sensitive, or introduce a security risk to yourself, such as using your phone number as your display name. You are responsible for taking reasonable measures to protect your own privacy and security when using the Services.
- You may only use the Services for personal, non-commercial use. You may not create a user profile for anything other than a natural, human person.
- You may only use the Services for lawful activity. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Services.
- You will not interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of such networks.
- You will not use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or scripts) to access the Services for any purpose without our express written permission.
What we don't allow
To keep SharePix safe for everyone, we strictly prohibit content that is:
- Sexually Explicit Content. Photographs, videos, AI-generated images, illustrations, or any other materials of a sexual nature.
- Graphic Violence. Extreme gore, bodily harm, or content that glorifies violence.
- Hate Speech & Harassment. Content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
- Extremist Propaganda. Support for extremist ideologies or groups.
- Self-Harm & Suicide. Content that encourages or depicts self-harm.
- Spam & Malicious Content. Phishing attempts, malware, or unsolicited ads.
Enforcement
SharePix reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these guidelines, including removing or disabling access to content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
Report a concern
You can report any photo or comment directly in the app — open it and choose Report. If you see something that breaks these guidelines, or have any questions, our Trust & Safety team is here for you: trustandsafety@sharepix.app.
